Quick warmup before going onto a more complete piece I’m currently working on. Kinda liked where I was going with this, might try something along these lines for something else later on. You can click the image for the close-up or view the whole sketch.
Right before diving into a drawing/painting, I like to warm up by doing a 15-30 min sketch to loosen up. Here are two recent ones that really put a smile to my face. Why? They look so silly and I’m starting to wonder just how many ways Chairman Badfunk or the “mini-funks” can be interpreted.
