Featuring nineteen Australian artists from street art, comic, and illustration backgrounds, Suit Up was formed as a collaboration in the true sense of the word with four artists working together to create a theme for each suit and bringing stylistic cohesion to the deck as a whole. Each artwork is lavishly detailed and stunning in its own right, playing cards have never looked so good.
After looking at the artwork that fellow SatelliteSoda member Dylan McCrae produced for Suit Up, a project set up as a collaboration between nineteen Australian artists to create a set of playing cards, I knew I had to have a set of my own.
As their webstore is now up and running I just ordered the card deck so I’ll be posting pictures as it arrives. Below are the cards that Dylan’s group came up with. And if I had a few more dollars I would buy a few of those prints, even though they come at $220 dollars each. A worthy buy for the art collector.
Below you can see the preview of the Suit Up deck and great looking flyer for the show.

Also remember that’s $220 Australian, our dollar sucks! It’s about $140 US – Editions of 10 only.
I sound like a sales person… haha! Hearts is one of the best suits in the deck – I love them all so much.
So true, suddenly the prospect of buying one or more becomes more enticing. Great job by the way!
